Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Processing Time

  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return for the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
